Pulse Beat teaching artists have been asked to teach school-wide music programs, featuring the best of studies in world music, American folk, musical theater and pop/rock favorites.
Pulse Beat teaching artists have been asked to teach school-wide music programs, including 11 classrooms at St Therese School in Chinatown and 7 classrooms at Rogers Park Montessori School in Ravenswood. Each school also has various after-school programs with us as well, from rock band to guitar to Chinese drumming to school choir.
Students are schooled in music theory and performance at age-appropriate levels for Pre-K through 8th grade. We put on several shows each year at both schools and have gotten rave reviews!
